chaturaax3 asked: my chapter is small at my university, but the thing to remember is quality over quantity. since we're newer, of course we're not going to have any members but that doesn't mean that we're a worse sorority. that just means we need to showcase why we're the best in a bigger way. during recruitment, ask alumnae sisters to come out, it can really make the difference. that's how my chapter manages to do recruitment and get new girls is by relying on all sisters to help out!
