An article about Greek Guide!!

agatica asked: Any ideas for some good ice breakers?

Candy games are always fun. There are a few different ones:

  1. Have bowls of skittles or M&Ms on tables and ask the PNMs to take as many as they want but not to eat them. Then they have to say a fact about themselves for each piece.
  2. Have a variety of different types of candies and each candy is for a different question/fact. For example, if you have a Kit Kat you have to say what your favorite movie, a Snickers you say where you would want to go on vacation, etc.

Another good one is to write questions on a beach ball and have everyone sit in a circle. The ball is thrown from person to person and wherever someone’s thumb lands is the question they answer.

Hope these ideas help!

korriisaloser asked: Do you have any advice for an African American girl wanting to rush sophomore year? I go to Georgia Southern University and there are not many African Americans who go through the rush process. I was just wondering what I could do to have a good experience.

It shouldn’t matter that you’re African American and going through recruitment! Not many African Americans go through recruitment on my campus, but that fact seriously doesn’t matter from my experience. Your experience will be just as awesome! Just be yourself!

Check out this video about the recruitment process!!
